Celebrating Imec’s 10^th anniversary in Taiwan, the Imec Technology Forum was held on September 20^th at Taipei Marriott Hotel with audience from the medical and nanotechnology industries.

CRE8’s Founder and Executive Director – Kris Verstockt – was honored to be invited as a keynote speaker to share his insight on the topic of “Innovation, a Crucial Survival Skill”. The speech took the audience on a journey of identifying which innovation process would help their business most, from uncertainty to focus on a signal point of clarity. The process involves three phases: Discover, Define and Develop, which can be guided through multiple brainstorming sessions with executive powers shifted and leveraged by the “dream teams”.
