Background
COSTEC asked for CRE8’s help to design and engineer this pivot desk lamp for its own-brand Nerius. In the engineering phase, an important step was to take luminous flux and heat dissipation into consideration and ensure enough brightness.
Solutions
Our engineers also enhanced the structure and weight balance especially for the arms and pivots, so the lamp can be supported and rotated firmly; the inner components placement and cable routing were engineered smartly to make the production and assembly process much easier and more cost-effective.
